this is me last year, in my denim button up, at the time it was over sized and extremely comfy, boi, have i worn this baby out ! time for a new one not sooo over sized anymore kinda mangled & even bleached spots lol

shabby chic

With the beginning of a new year, i find myself wanting to not only re-invent myself but also my room, i'm going for a Shabby Chic look more feminine than any of my other bedrooms have been; so i am excited !  haven't brought much yet for the transformation, but i will try n keep you updated with before and after pics, did i mention? i'm really good at this stuff  i lovelovelove design, home decor and all that good stuff. my bed room is very important to me and should be as comfortable as possible, it's my sancutary, should be where you spend most of your time right? eitha there or the kitchen ? lol i do plan on purchasing a Queen size bed, Full right now; it's time for an update i want something that sits really high no headboard is needed, that's what a thousand pillows are for !  but ne way the point of this entry is where the whole shabby chic, inspiration all started with this comforter set at my job for $100 i was like, fuck that ! i figured it was expensive for a reason so i did my research and came across the designer, Rachel Ashwell, went on good ole ebay and found the same Duvet and Sham set brand new,  for $69 what a steal !

finally

look what came in the mail, i've ordered off line before but this took longer than usual, i've been searching for a white chiffon blouse for a while now every time i go to the store they're either sold out or don't have my size, i may be the only girl in the world that doesn't enjoy shopping, number one i need to take my time, i have to go alone and usually in the morning when it's not to crazy and Forever 21 forget it ! i hate going in their stores the music is loud i feel like i'm at a club i can't think! lol and you have to search through everything! the employees don't even know where to find shit, so i just go online where it's right at you finger tips and if you know exactly what you're looking for it's quicker i am a lil skeptical about the fittings tho i like to try everything i purchase on, i have a crazy body and some things don't look as pleasant in person, ne who i am soo happy i finally got the blouse! i've been on a mission! i will end up in the store anyway, because i am not happy with the shirt you see still in the package, when i finally tired it on it was wayy to over sized and cheap looking so i will be bringing that back, and that's what i mean by trying stuff on, the button down blouse is a large but a perfect fit. the black lace bra super sexy only $10.80 wat a steal :)
